Hi everyone ๐Ÿ˜ƒ!!!hope you enjoyed the week where i was posted the Indian breakfast recipes and ideas whole week….so today after so so many of recipes today i wanna share amazing talks with you alll……so first i start with my intrest how this Indian cuisine website was invented how the idea came to me and many more……sharing my food journeys…..

So starting with myself….

I loves food…since my childhood๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚and as an Indian it is a great journey of foods which i think will be never ending……coz India is a place with more than 25000 sub castes and 3000 castes and therefore lakh varieties of food….since food is my love and i have an interest in that also….. i thought to create a development in my side intrest…..

But i thought……howww in today’s world internets are being used mostly so i thought of creating a website of mine i knew the content but didn’t knew what food…. but suddenly my mind pop up with an idea INDIA ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ

I live in India and Indian foods are like dream i thought to share my experience my recipes with the world so that a person can have India’s taste in their home…. and may know about indian food…..

Thinking that nowadays Indian foods are so much famous that many countries have opened more than 100 Indian restaurant ๐Ÿค” but though they are very expensive……many of people can’t effort that for that my website is for..

EGG MUFFINS๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

About Egg Muffins : This healthy recipe for egg muffins is an easy grab and go option for busy mornings. It is loaded with healthy and fresh veggies, meat and spices of your own choice.

Ingredients of Egg Muffins

  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 4-5 pieces Mushroom
  • 1 small Onion (Chopped)
  • A pinch of Chilli flakes
  • 5-6 pieces Chicken sausage
  • 50 gram Cheese (optional)
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 6 pieces eggs

How to Make Egg Muffins

  • Whisk together the eggs, spices and vegetables.
  • Fill each muffin tin with three-quarters of the way to the top with the mixture, crumble mozzarella cheese or any cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve hot or store for later. Enjoy!

Cutie’s Breakfast

This is a small idea sharing with you….so let me quickly make you understand….

Take bread tear it into piece….

Now take milk in a sauce pan and put 3 cups of milk powder boil the milk till it become concentrated….add 1 cup of sugar now add the bread pieces…..and boil it again add yellow food colur if you want… add cherries,bananapieces over it and honey…in it now your breakfast is ready serve it…

Paneer Pakoras:::::

Most of we love to eat paneer(tofu)… and there are various idea to make it…every country has their own way of making..it but today we r goin to make it in a tastier way…and will give some trick and tips to make it..

So we need::is

  • Paneer
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Onions cut in small pieces
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt for taste
  • Gram flour
  • Refined oil
So let’s get started your family is waiting for some good breakfast….

First take a bowl smash the paneer in it add ยฝspoon of red chilli powder and Turmeric powder, salt to taste….add the onions,coriander,ยฝ spoon cumin powder….mix it well

Make small balls of it…

Now prepare the gram flour batter take 2 cups of gram flour add 1 cup of water mix it..add a pinch of Turmeric powder and chilli powder …

Warm the oil in a sauce pan…..after it 3 minute when the oil turns hot dip the panner ball into the batter and fry that balls…till it turn light brown in color ๐Ÿ˜‹

Now keep the fried paneer pakora in a tissue paper….now serve these with tomato sauce..to your dear ones..hope you like today’s recipe meet you tomorrow with another breakfast ideas

Fried soya rice๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿ˜‹

Here comes Wednesday with another breakfast recipe….

Fried rice with soya chunks are the amazing breakfast which is both healthier and tastier to eat….so for this item i have readied a beautiful and very easy making of it….and also provided you a video above that will make your work ๐Ÿ’ชeven more easier…don’t worry about the time its just take 35 to 40 minutes to cook it….but we say naa…in India that (sabar ka fal meetha hota hai) that mean if you will wait you will be provided with something even more good…by taking this example let’s get ready to cook …….

So first i would be suggesting you the ingredients:

  • Refined oil
  • Soya chunks
  • Rice
  • Beans,carrots
  • Sugar
  • Salt for taste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Cinamon
  • Cumin
  • Cardmom

Now let’s start

So what we have to do first is soak soyachunks in water and in the other hand we have to boil the rice for 20 minutes…

Till that take a pan put some refined oil in that and fry the soyachunks and sprinkle of red chilli powder in it …..

Now after 20 minute remove the extra wate from rice….

After that seprate the fried chilli soya chunks…

Prepare a sauce pan add refine oil,cumin,cinamon,cardamom,and fry it,for 5 minutes now add the rice into it fry for 10 to 15 minute add ยฝ spoon of sugar and sprinkle of salt and add the soyachunks…..

And then cook it for more 5 minutes….

So finally ๐Ÿ™Œyour fried soya rice is ready to serve as your breakfast……

So that is for today guys but before that….i wanna tell you something interesting about the fried rice….In INDIA ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ this is one of the most famous recipe..even in most of the countries also they eat it as their breakfast some eat it as their dinner….its also a famous street food in the asian countries…people also like to eat it with soya sauce…there are various varieties of it all around the Asia…

Fried rice can also be non veg…..many of the time seafoods,meat are added to it so…a person who loves non veg can eat..this variety of it…..

Hmmmmmm…….. so today is something special i wanna share with you so all we eat sandwich where vegetables like cucumber,tomatos,leaves are stuffed๐Ÿ…๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿฅฆ…..but today i would be suggesting a amazing way of making sandwich…..which india usually make…..its healthy too…..

So we need…..

  • One cup mayonise
  • Chilli tomato sauce ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿฅฃ
  • Chilli sauce๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ
  • Grated cucumber , ๐Ÿฅ’,carrots,broccoli,beans๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅ•๐ŸŒฝcorn….
  • Bread ๐Ÿž๐Ÿž
  • Pepper ๐Ÿง‚๐Ÿง‚
  • Oil what you prefer (except mustard oil)
  • Cheese if you need it to be ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿง€๐Ÿง€

So first we have to make toast breadsss…..๐Ÿž๐Ÿž

Now take the grated vegetable in one bowl….now….๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅ•๐ŸŒฝ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿฅฆ

Take a cup of mayonnaise in which 3 spoon of chilli sauce and tomato sauce is mixed….fry them for 3 minutes…..you can use any oil except mustard…..๐Ÿฅฃ๐Ÿฅฃ

Now mix the fried sauce with the grated vegetables….

Now spread the mixture upon the bread and sprinkle some ๐ŸŒถpepper…

If you want it cheesy grate some cheese also and again cook it for 1 min…..but here i m suggesting without cheese..๐Ÿง€๐Ÿง€๐Ÿง€๐Ÿง€๐Ÿง€

Ummmmm…. now put the other bread on the bread spread with mayonnaise……..

Now….your sandwich is ready to serve now you can serve it to your dears at your breakfast time…..๐Ÿฅช๐Ÿฅช๐Ÿ‘…

Hello foodies waiting for a new recipes!!!!

Here i have come with another unique recipe today……so today we are goin to make some dessert…..

So first i would suggest

1: take a bowl full of water and add 4 full cups of sugar in it and boil it for 10 minutes in high flame …… now after this task take the bowl and keep it in a refrigerator to chill..

The chaasni is ready……keep it to chill if you want colour in it add to 2 or 3 kesar in it……..

Next….

Now take milk in a sauce pan and add lemon juice…to form paneer of it ..

Now take the paneer and add it to maida and add half cup milk and knead it….

Now make small ball of it…

Now take oil and fry the balls….deep fry it till it become light brown in color

Now after frying…… take the fried balls and dip it into the chaasni…..and then again keep it in refrigerator….

After that your gulab jamun as a dessert is ready previously i have uploaded a recipe but it was little bit complicated as it contained many items…..but in a simple way it is written here….hope you like it…..
