Most of we love to eat paneer(tofu)… and there are various idea to make it…every country has their own way of making..it but today we r goin to make it in a tastier way…and will give some trick and tips to make it..
So we need::is
- Paneer
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- Cumin powder
- Onions cut in small pieces
- Coriander leaves
- Salt for taste
- Gram flour
- Refined oil

First take a bowl smash the paneer in it add ½spoon of red chilli powder and Turmeric powder, salt to taste….add the onions,coriander,½ spoon cumin powder….mix it well

Make small balls of it…

Now prepare the gram flour batter take 2 cups of gram flour add 1 cup of water mix it..add a pinch of Turmeric powder and chilli powder …

Warm the oil in a sauce pan…..after it 3 minute when the oil turns hot dip the panner ball into the batter and fry that balls…till it turn light brown in color 😋
